| ABOUT GAME ON FOR BOOST SUBSCRIBERS Subscribing Welcome to Game On, do you want to play and to win prizes, such as gadgets, electronic devices, vacations or gift certificates with an approximate retail value of $350 or the super prize of $10,500 in cash? Then start playing for our prizes right away! You will then receive our first puzzle automatically. After playing your daily game you can increase your score by playing up to 4 extra games in the same day. Who is Eligible to Play? You must be a resident of the 48 United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years old to play. Unfortunately, due to certain legal restrictions, residents of Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Maryland, North Dakota, Tennessee and Vermont are not eligible to play at this time. Official Rules The Official Rules applicable to each game offered on Game On can be found at contest rules. By participating in the games, you are agreeing to follow and be bound by these rules. Please read them carefully. How does the word game work? This is a skill contest. You will receive a word of which the letters are shuffled every day. Put the letters in the right order and find the word we are looking for! Text your answer to number 77877 and play for a money prize of up to 10,500 dollars! When receiving your answer you will be informed immediately if the answer was correct and what your score is. Also we will offer you to play an extra game to increase your score. This second game you must reply with YES + What is the time period of the contest? We run a monthly contest in which the person that scored the most points during the calendar month wins the monthly prize. Also, we run a yearly contest in which the person that scored at least 5 points during the calendar year (through December 31st) is entered into a “bonus” round and the winner will be awarded the yearly prize. What are the Prizes? The prizes may vary over time. Currently, we are offering the following categories of prizes: Monthly winner: one gadget, electronic device, vacation or gift certificate with an approximate retail value of $350. We will notify contestants of the specific prize when they enter the contests. We will also award one yearly superprize of $10,500 in cash on the 31st of December! YOU MUST PAY THE FEES CHARGED BY YOUR CARRIER IN ORDER TO COMPETE FOR THESE PRIZES (currently $0.99 per game - soon: $6.99/month). Selection of the winners We will select the winner of each contest on basis of the highest score. If there is a tie for any particular contest period, we will run a tiebreaker round in which additional questions are asked until a winner is declared. See the official rules for more detail. Notification of the winners We will notify the winner with a phone call. Furthermore the name of the winner will be announced on our website. Help? Extra games also will be charged at a premium of $0.99 after the confirmation/opt in. Standard rate charges may apply for non-premium messages. Charges will appear on wireless bill or deducted from prepaid balance. Soon: $6.99/month, extra games at standard rate Recurring When you subscribe to the Game On service, you will be subscribed to a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. This means that you will receive a word game daily, until you unsubscribe yourself. You must be the legal owner and bill payer of the mobile phone to subscribe to the above service. Unsubscribing If you want to unsubscribe from the service, you can use any of the following options at any time: 1. By sending a text message Send a text message with the words STOP to number 77877. (QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOP ALL will all work). You will be unsubscribed from the service immediately and you will receive a conformation message. 2. By sending an e-mail Send an e-mail by using this e-mail form. Within 24 hours you will be unsubscribed from the service (exception on weekend days, then you will be unsubscribed on Monday). 3.
