1. How can I unsubscribe from this service?
Send a text message with the word STOP to 33233. You will be unsubscribed from the service immediately and you will receive a confirmation message.

Alternatively, send an e-mail via our customer care e-mail form located at http://www.smsgameon.com/canadasupport.html. Within 24 hours you will be unsubscribed from the service (exception on weekend days, in which case you will be unsubscribed on the following Monday).

You can also telephone our support number 1-800-301-4217 to receive additional automated information and leave a voicemail. Within 24 hours you will be unsubscribed from the service (exception on weekend days, in which case you will be unsubscribed on the following Monday).

2. Do I have to pay for this service?
Yes. We clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or verbally) what the price per message is and how people can unsubscribe from our service. The fee is $1.25 per received message + standard messaging fees. Other charges may apply, charged to your wireless phone bill.

3. Is this a subscription service?
Yes. In all our advertisements we clearly communicate that this is a paid subscription service. We also clearly state what the price per message is.

4. I have never subscribed to this service, but I am receiving messages, how is this possible?
In general, it is not possible for customers to receive messages randomly on their mobile phone. The only way to subscribe to our service is by sending a text message with the keyword GAME from your mobile phone number which will receive the messages from the service. On possible explanation is that someone else used your mobile phone to subscribe to the service. In any case we are not allowed to send any messages before somebody actually subscribes.

5. My child subscribed to the service, can I get a refund?
Please note that we clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or verbally) that children under the age of majority may not participate in the services. In every case, the contracting party of the mobile phone that sends and receives the text messages is responsible for the mobile phone and its fees. So, we are very sorry, but in this case you cannot get a refund.

6. In which cases do I get a refund?
Customers can receive a refund in two cases:
- When there was a technical failure with the service.
- When a customer tried to unsubscribe with the correct unsubscribe message and couldn't unsubscribe due to a technical failure. In this case, the customer gets a refund from the date he or she tried to unsubscribe.

7. Who can enter?
GAME ON is only open to legal Canadian residents (excluding residents of the province of Quebec) who, at the time of entry, are residents of, and are physically present in Canada and who are of the age of majority or older as of the start date of registration. You may be asked for proof of age before your prize is sent.

8. How many times can I enter?
You cannot enter GAME ON more than five (5) times per day.

9. I thought I gave the correct answer, but I was told I did not win?
For some quizzes, a range of possible answers may be provided. Also, some quizzes have more than one correct answer, but only the answer indicated as the winning answer in GAME ON will be accepted as the correct answer. All decisions of the Provider with respect to the selection of finalists and winners are final and are not subject to appeal.

10. What personal information do you collect and use?
In order to provide the Services to you and administer the contests, we collect and use personal information, including basic contact information (such as your first and last name, e-mail addresses, and mobile phone number), and demographic information (such as your city or province or residence, postal code and age). 11. If I am selected as a winner, when should I expect to receive my prize?
You will receive your prize within six (6) weeks after we receive the winner release. If you do not receive your prize within six (6) weeks, please contact GAME ON Customer Service by sending an e-mail via our customer care e-mail form located the link at http://www.smsgameon.com/canadasupport.html.
